A good starting point for development assisted by the starLiGHT.Engine are the starLiGHT.Sandboxes.

The standard development cycle of the starLiGHT.Engine after an new feature request is confirmed and after the initial planning phase is to create a sandbox. This sandbox assists development because the developer is able to test the new features in a clean environment. After the developer has finished the new feature the sandbox is tweaked and development artifacts are removed. With the release of the new feature the sandbox is released to. It is a great possibility for other developers to see how to use the new feature or aspect of the engine.

The sandbox is not a replacement for documentation. It is kind of a demo or HowTo.
